My easter holidays are finished on Tuesday, which I guess is pretty bad times because that means exams are approaching far too quickly and I'm scared. Eeek.
Yesterday I went to a little place called Brora in the very North of Scotland to visit and meet a few of Stuart, my boyfriend's, extended family. I mean, so extended I confused myself. We went with his aunt, cousin and his cousin's granmother and met his 2nd cousin, her husband and his 2nd cousin's mother - phew.
They have two mega-friendly golden retrievers that are somehow distantly related to Stuart's dog too. But I'm not even getting in to that!
It was a nice day I guess. We had lunch etcetc and they're friendly folk. The best thing is they live right beside this beach.
Now, let's face it, practically noone lives in Brora. It has a population of 900 and most don't even know it exists. So this beach is pretty much deserted, which is a good thing I guess because it's so incredibly nice. Obviously it's nowhere near the nicest beach I've ever been on but for Scotland it's amazing because it's so nice and sandy and relatively clean.
The more 'VEDA' (vlog every day in April) videos I watch on Youtube the more I wish I was doing it. It looks like fun. Although to be honest I would probably do the original idea of 'blog every day in April' instead. But I guess it's a bit late now.
Anyway, that's pretty much it kids. Nothing exciting.
Be seeing you, sunshine
